1. No encouragement when you do some critical work. Instead encouraging, they put you down. 2. Corporate policy is nightmare. Nothing is transparency. If u ask any doubts/questions about policy, they give you long lectures and Memo. 3. There is no proper OT or Comp off. 4. They will take your work credits but if any issues in that work, they will dump you. 5.they are not allowing to talk to co-employees. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
