Good place to learn and move on. Expect extremely low package during starting years.

Dislikes

Canteen food has always been pathetic, HR behaviour and grievance resolution very poor. Very less to almost none employee benefits, no transportation in night shift. You must own a vehicle for commute to work.

In my career akums is the best platform for survive.Specially jain sir is very cooperative and providing special training with jain sir .It was great training for learning new things.

The owner of Akums, Mr. Sandeep Jain sir, has a very good nature. He is very supportive towards everyone. His way of talking and his behavior towards people is very good. Words will fall short to describe this.

Well the company is good, to start your training,but after training if you need good hike you have to change the company.Dince there is huge gap between your CTC & In hand salarie, but if you are experienced one then this is good to work here.

Gap between trainee between Staff ,not equal values in many facilities.Like birthday gifts, PF,other benefits...,ASI, no Overtime, no, and many more

10 hours shift is a bit uncomfortable but the organization shifts various departments and people for 9 hours shift.
