Company culture is good and The company also works in the interest of staff and man power.Company policies are good, some are bad.

Some suggestion and completions : Food quality some improve. B.shift(03pm to 11:30pm)but some changes 11pm till to after any time can leave our shift. Winter time manpower working schedule 08am to 06pm only 02 month(December and January) also manpower happy. No transport facilities available. Only production department staff catego ries wise tour available national/iinternational per year. All is well our company full support and effort my<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no job security..... The management want to do anything anytime to you.... Bad working culture. But they are very humbled to health conditions about employees and give medical treatment as soon as possible with experienced medical practitioner.

So, basically I got a job in this company and I was very excited to work . But the working culture was very bad ... According to working load the salary was insufficient and no job security.
