As TAPF is Non profit government organisation.its provide midday meal program for school in all over India. My work was to construct kitchen where food prepare . All the team works together as a team ( project team, store team and purchase team ).

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
