Let's talk about dislikes shall we? 1. If u can't give attention senior's (teamleader) you are no good for this company 2. They'll check you for 3 months(this 3 months is a they check how much u can attention to your teamleaders you know Others they'll kick you out without even any notice 3. The collection manager is rude and will check you from behind 4. They'll say 12k per month,then 2k cut off for pf n all 5. They'll say incentive is amazing n all,but the problem is most of the month they'll cut your incentive in half because acording to higher authorities they can't effort that much incentives and fill that in their pockets. ( Yes you'll work hard enough then they'll not even gave you your part of ghe incentives) 6. Working schedule is absolutely terrible than you think It's says 6 days work but it's overall 7days work anyway.and sometimes they'll say to come at office at 9am. (9.00-7.00 for 10k isn't worthy) 7. You can't expect good behaviours 8. Sometimes salary came late! 9. You can't have family lufe if u work here Pro tip ;) If you are a male and you are under joyeeta's team all you have to do give enough attention to her and you'll be the best 😆 if you know,you know Female employees don't expect respect But allover it's a bad company anyway , don't waste your time here...Read More

Everything. Kuch Office collegues ko chorke aur kuch v like karne jaisa waha hain nehi. 1. Rules Sirf Junior K liye hain senior k liye nehi hain. 2. aap 10 baje ke baad office nehi ghus saqte , lekin collection manager aur Team Leader sham ko 4/5 baje v office aa saqte hain randomly. 3. Waha Tikee Rehne Ke liye Senior ko Attention dena padega. Nehi to aapka patta kat jayga. 4. sabse bara point waha ka Team Leader Jo hain JOYEETA Madam, Wo jab Taq waha hain Tab Taq as a Female aap kaam nehi kar saqte. karna v hain to majboori mein. 5. Waha Kaam Karne k matlab waha ChupChap Sab tolerate karte raho ya to Senior ko buttering karo. 6. Aapka Salary Ka 20%/30% to Senior ko khus karne Me hi chala jayga. 7. increment sirf usika hotaa hain jo Manager aur Team Leader ko oiling karke Khus kar payenege. nehi to 3 saal me v koi increment nehi hoga. 8. HR support to tab karega jab usko kuch pata hoga, ya to uske paas kuch information hi nehi hota hain. ya to jaan bujhke anjaan bante hain. khud ka kuch say nehi hain. Lagta To hain company ka nehi wo Team leaders ka PA hain. 9. Har Mahine me 2 sun day kam karwate hain. Extra Pay karenege ye bol kar. baad me wo v nehi dete hain. 10. aur agar aap jyadadin chutti lete ho more than 1 or 2-3 days, aaneke bad aapko feel hoga ki kuch dino me itna politics ho gaya ki aapke paas cases nehi rahenge, aapke against complain hoga. sab aapke piche piche ho jayga aur aapko pata nehi chalega... company achha hain.. par waha ka 1/2 person ke liye atlist siliguri wala office me join koi na hi karo to achha hain....Read More
