Company Policies, Caring , understandable and helpful nature of Principal Mam, management, lovely Students, rules & regulations.

Dislikes

Sometimes due to shortage of staff or when three or four teachers is on leave we are bound to take extra periods of those teachers who are absent on that day.

Work Details

My work life is good in Akanksha vidyapeeth, although our working ours is strict inspire of that we all get one free period to relax or complete our another work related to school.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
