Ajanta Bottlers and Blenders Pvt Ltd is one and only TMU of Diageo India in Jharkhand . This unit manufacture various prestige brands of IMFL. The best thing about the company is strictly following the rules and regulations of FSSAI, LMR and Exise. Work culture is very nice. All employees involved in manufacturing are well trained in GMP as well as GHP. Here all operations are very smooth due to cooperative nature of all staff members. Dislikes

Here working hours are very hectic, lack of holidays forget about festivals it's difficult to get holiday even on Sundays. Salary/appraisal is one of the most disliking factor here people don't get salary upto mark.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
