Workload will be more depend on station, Headset department won't be only one department on Ramp in same company there will be more other department too so Headset department superior have to be more leadership kind of person, who can talk with management for your safety, operational opinions. Salary will be less then your expectations after doing your engineering in Relevant field. Can get disturbance by rosters, management and operators side. Finally Headset person won't be get any Experience certificate mention that you are working for Airlines engineering which is effecting future scopes in other airlines because Airindia Sats is a Ground support company and in Any Airlines same work which Headset technician is performing here will be done by engineering....Read More

Needs a high amount of money in DD to get in the training academy then to airport, bad management at the airport, irregular rules, biased seniors and no support to stay motivated, and if by fault you get in trouble, it's termination, not rescuing. High work pressure, no fix lunch time unless you take, High politics and bad work environment between colleagues.

They can’t terminate you before 6 months of probably period. As they follow legal norms. So job security is there.

They provide very low pay scale, even for experienced and freshers they provide difference of just 5-10k. For even 4 + years experienced person they provide 30 35k salary. They take reference candidates without even a single thought of their unskilled profile. People don’t know English language, people roam without slippers, very bad for HR department. worst culture. Payroll manager (single person is having monopoly, they don’t want new people for their insecurities) , Recruitment manager (who doesn’t even know using Naukri portal, not experienced In talent acquisition still there in position because of Reference) , in HR depart. People talk in abusing language, also asked to work on sundays as well without any compensations, not a good company for skilled person. Trust me your skill would have no value there in this company. Politics is so much in peak. They also take 80k amount for CSA hiring candidates and they don’t even refund that amount if you left. This is illegal. They have many illegal policies....Read More
