Answer to your question, Everyday there is a new challenge because of more interactions. Assisting the guest and to resolve the query in a very smooth way which is what i like about. I must admit training is provided in every two months which refreshes us. Talking about Job security, Every organization has its own set of rules. Commiting mistakes repeatedly may hamper the growth and ultimately suspension of few days, even termination if matter goes worse. Fear of losing job rushes through when there are end number of employees working together. Salary appraisal is totally on the descrition of one's improvement and initiatives, But yes it is not much as require. About politics, Wherever one works will find politics and it thrives because of those people who shirk from the work but no one can shut the voice of talented people,that's for sure.
