Whole airline .it's mgmt..politics.. promotion buttering ...very less salary ..too much work pressure ..always shortage of staff ..they force us to work more for free

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
