Likes

Management is the worse. The worst of its kind. Treats employees, especially cabin crew like 5yr olds who have no say. Amazing experience but worst kind of management and culture. Company policies on paper is different than what they perform.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
