Dislikes

No growth, partiality and nepotism and discrimination due to personal rapport. Salary structure is very less.

Work Details

I am working at security division of ccu, first the work was challenging and good, later it become monotonous and the growth process is very narrow and frankly it's an expectations mismatch for me. Being and MBA, there is no scope of alternative growth.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
