The company was very huge and International brand,and it's my first job s I l learn a lot, I was a part of a company and feel proud. Just because of Air India I joined FedEx and then I work with German cruise.

Dislikes

The started new contract system so we didn't get that much good composition and benefits. Lots of over time gave us hard time.

Work Details

Actually my work was slightly tough and risky so we need to be always alert and energetic.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
