1. CDTO Dr. Sathya ( self proclaimed) reminds me of Admiral Aladeen from the movie Dictator. He researches to destroy Airindia 2.He behaves as if our loyalty is to him personally , not the organisation , constantly saying work for me, do something for me. 3.Kochi D&T head , Deva Kurian - If there were a ranking for incompetence , he'd be firmly at the top. After over 20 years at TCS, he was conveniently transferred here, most likely he couldn’t secure another role. 4. Deva’s problem solving skills are legendary: He once seriously suggested opening elevator doors with our hands if we got stuck. 5.A revolving door of ex-TCS employees continues to flood the organisation, reinforcing same outdated service company mindset that bas no place in a modern airline. 6.Delhi and Kochi teams are constantly at odds with unnecessary back-and-forth politics stalling progress. 7. No real HR presence -Some people claims to be HR but they function more like enforcers for leadership rather than employee advocates. 8.There is glaring issue of grade disparities . 5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.
