Dislikes

5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

1. CDTO Dr. Sathya ( self proclaimed) reminds me of Admiral Aladeen from the movie Dictator. He researches to destroy Airindia 2.He behaves as if our loyalty is to him personally , not the organisation , constantly saying work for me, do something for me. 3.Kochi D&T head , Deva Kurian - If there were a ranking for incompetence , he'd be firmly at the top. After over 20 years at TCS, he was conveniently transferred here, most likely he couldn’t secure another role. 4. Deva’s problem solving skills are legendary: He once seriously suggested opening elevator doors with our hands if we got stuck. 5.A revolving door of ex-TCS employees continues to flood the organisation, reinforcing same outdated service company mindset that bas no place in a modern airline. 6.Delhi and Kochi teams are constantly at odds with unnecessary back-and-forth politics stalling progress. 7. No real HR presence -Some people claims to be HR but they function more like enforcers for leadership rather than employee advocates. 8.There is glaring issue of grade disparities . Dislikes

They have faith on new generation who are highly qualified & tech pro with little experience BUT don't respect senior staff with vast experience who are average qualified. They have got transferred our working knowledge to new staff & showed us exit door in the name of vol. Retirement.

1. Salary is paid on time. 2. If you know someone in the top level, then you will be recruited without interview or promoted without much issue. 3. If you are from spicejet or ex-Jet Airways you will get job easily.

1.One of the worst work cultures. 2.Demotivating work environment. 3. Only friends of seniors are recruited or promoted. 4. TATA CODE OF CONDUCT is name sake. Big words to say, doesn't work in the organisation.
