Supervisor are doing grouping and creating toxic environments and troubling technicians, doing partiality and many more thing thus technicians are compelled to resign. Supervisors are powered by some managers and even some managers are also involved. I am giving these feedback and hope this would be secret for my privacy.

And their ego is so fragile that even if you ask something positively they will take it in a negative way . And you'll be harrased by rostering incharge here and nobady has to say anything aboutit . 1. Salary is paid on time. 2. If you know someone in the top level, then you will be recruited without interview or promoted without much issue. 3. If you are from spicejet or ex-Jet Airways you will get job easily.

It used to be really nice. It's technologically excellent. Work-life balance is good. training and development is good.

The management is not kind towards the legacy employees with regards to the job security. Infact they want to get rid of the legacy employees as early as possible. They treat the fresh recruits and the legacy employees differently.

The Benefits are good and the infrastructure is great. And as Air India is a big name, your relatives are gonna be very happy with you working here. that is the only good part here.

There are many. The leaders here dont know the meaning of work-life balance at all. if you dont work on weekends, they clearly warns you abput your appraisal and many of the times, even your job. the culture is very toxic and you are so sure to get mental agony here.
