I don't want speak much about the company from my rating anyone could judge....the management has no idea how to take this company far.......there is no future no increment no appreciation..... Nothing means nothing you will get we have working here from last three year n still if we are continuing only till the date our contract complete.... From here even we have learn many things like how to be diplomatic..how office politics looks ...if one person is working put all the rest work on him.....there is no discipline no cleanliness no proper infrastructure.... By reading the name of company most the people will be thinking it's national carrier or govt job .But big NO its a third party payroll and bais people are working over here no work ethics paying like peanuts and expect you to work with mule.. Don't ask for growth in salary career if you will join as customers agent at the age of 21might you may get 29or 35you remain same customer agent or putting lots of effort pressure n conveniencing power then Senior customer agent and still that time you will work on contract period .....
