I liked the compassionate leadership of our lead psychiatrist Dr.C.Ramasubramanian. There was scope for learning new skills amidst a collaborative work culture.

I thought the hospital could benefit with flexible timings for the clinicians.

My task was to assess patient for psychopathology using ICD-10 classification and provide psychotherapy for problems like anxiety, depression, OCD and phobias.
