Do donkey work to get chance to learn a new thing and to get help from seniors. HOD of petroleum Department is really great and appreciable person to discuss everything. Sachin patil manager is really great manager i hv ever seen.

Politics from ur seniors is really worst thing i was suffering from. No timely salary and travelling allowance reimbursement Seniors are not good and they fill juniors are only competitors who can't Help them to achieve their goals. Team leader is uneducated and illiterate who handle degree Holding engineers to showcase what worsecan be happened to u at AGSTTL. Management and IT Department not fruitful. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
