Currently am not working in ags. I worked for 15months my last day was November 2023 but still I did not reviewed my relieving letter yet. Many times I tried to reach HR via call & mail but no response from there end. Not only me also my team members also faced lot of issues. We tried to reach it to HR but we never received positiveresponse from HR worst HR policies. Currently am working in different company they did Background verification they received negative feedback like I din worked in ags. Recruiting process is good in AGS.

Work satisfaction is worst. After putting 100% efforts & hardwork in 8 hours per day is not satisfactory in AGS. I suggest not to join this organisation as experience candidate for AR caller role. I suggest to join this organisation only for Quality analyst role, AM, operations manager.

I have been asked to leave or exit the organization which I completely agree but that doesnt mean out of anger & frustration I writing all this. No way !! This Company makes people decision and choice not worthwhile. 1. They seek the unprofessionally reasons to issue the ROC or RCP sort of warning letters, sometimes it's valid but most of the cases were not. 2. Cafeteria? Wow .. lol even ISYS was better than this organisation's cafe. 3. Promotion? Wow basis on verbal discussion they make some coach n all but by the time they take it back also. 4. HR .. wahhh Unbelievable... most Ghatiya Dual-est person I have seen ( won't take name ) but seriously if anyone wants to join as a fresher don't join this at any COST. 5. Job security? Lol they don't even know what is it mean? Neither they understand it. They kick the employee off just like in a snap. 6. I feel bad for those who were absconded from Knack Global and joined here and now some of them are on resigned which can't be revoked and some are experience not discussion-able pain remorsefully so please take it very seriously don't join this at all. 7. Managers ? Only one Manager is good I respect him alot rest are like ufff.... NO WORDS. 8. Last but not least... They will promise many things but will not provide anything.
