The company culture is getting worse day by day . Hell lot of politics and the one who just nods his/her head for any dumb work given to them will only be appreciated and promoted. They target you and bully you until you force yourself out from there .

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
