There is nothing to like! People who are desperate for jobs even they should think thousand times before joining here....

Even Freshers are not given proper training and there is too much of work pressure. There is not even a single day that you leave on time, always an hour or more than that late! Work culture is very toxic, pathetic infact nil. Assistant managers seems very much uneducated as they do not have basic morals how to behave. No work planning you don't know what to do today, you treat like worker. No leave granted even if you are sick they don't believe and asking rubbish questions, even they don't believe doctor prescriptions from government hospital every time you have to justify.

Regulatory head (Pratima Pawar) is a terrible person. She has no respect for her team. Her language & behaviour with her team is worst, no respect, no guidance, Just blame game. After frustration when you resign she will stop your current salary also. Pratima will force you to resign & inform others that you have resigned urself. Whole office will see your daily insult in phone & when she visits office (as she operates from office & visits weekly to mumbai) but no use. She has no intension to make regulatory team stay for long. Some leave in one month, max 6 months. Dont join here this is hell. No joy security in any department, salary will be stopped at any time.
