Common for all department in Mumbai office: daily abusing language from heads and company bosses. daily treat to remove from job inspite of good performance. til 1 year no holidays allowed. after 1 year (mostly people dont stay so long) ur holiday will lapse but you will not be given holiday. the day they will get person with less salary then you, company will remove you with stupid reason on ur performance etc. u get salary after 10th of next month & they will remove you 2 to 3 days before that so that they dont pay you for the month you have already worked. they will call you for work on sunday's & saturday (2nd,4th which is suppose to be holiday in ur offer letter) and rest of the working days you have to do late work till night i.e 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 or 10:00. After doing this much ur company will have no respect while talking to you. Your head will play blame game and that will cost your job within same day. No rest, No peace, no respect. no salary. no credits for hardship, No job security which is too dangerous for family people. Ever day they have target of removing 2 to 3 people to impress bosses.
