Couldn't figure it out. What I presumed to be the most interesting process in the organization, turned out to be the worst one in the organization.

Dislikes

The teams are remotely managed by the CEO with the support of a project management office and sales management office. Though the model appears to be a good one, most of the time it just ends up being a one-sided information/instruction passing channel. This doesn't allow a healthy conversation to take place and thereby brings downthe morale of a new joiner irrespective of his or her experience in the industry.
