Career growth : Management is very supporting towards individual skill development, if you are ready to learn and develope your skill in any area, they will support you 5. Company policies : Great 6. Roles : divided into 3 major categories, ICA ICB and Managerial 7. Salary and benefits : Above standard, but you have to be very smart at the time of HR salary discussions as they may hire you at lower salary of standard pay scale.
