Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Average work environment. Teammates are supportive but have a communication gab because all staff is new no one have the experience with this company. Growing company but top management should be hard work for growth.

Lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No timing of salary credit, fooding quality is very poor. HR management totally failed at site.
