Company's owners are good and expanding the business.

Company is not bad, but the people have created a worse and toxic culture for the ones who wants to perform. Company must immediately look into the real problem of attrition so that the the employees start to think about contributing to the compny's growth rather than thinking about how to escape from career spoiling politics. HR department is useless and must introspect themselves and start to work towards company's interest. very bad work culture there is dictatorship in Ispat sales department the MD only favors only his chele everyone in bauchi office is toxic and a sneak of some kind be careful dont join here

everything is so bad here the salary is very poor , there are zero facility even no drinking water inside office the employee has to buy each and everything that he is going to use in office the hard working employees are treated like dog . only the people that acts like eagle eye for the MD get good treatment .
