Company is not bad, but the people have created a worse and toxic culture for the ones who wants to perform. Company must immediately look into the real problem of attrition so that the the employees start to think about contributing to the compny's growth rather than thinking about how to escape from career spoiling politics. Everything. You won't even feel like going to work because of the toxic work culture. The recruitment team based in India is a bunch of idiots as they would lie to you about company benefits and work culture so you can join them in Lagos. It is better to stay unemployed than working for them.
