Good learning opportunity. Can work on varieties of tools , technologies & domain. Has talented people. They have wide range of the client portfolio on different domains.

Dislikes

Limited long term projects. Unbalanced work life balance: WLB heavily depends on the project assigned to you. Some projects extremely strict timelines that require employees to work long hours. Increased workload & unrealistic expectation: Recent change in the work culture where hard work is rewarded with even more hardwork. Employees are expected to complete additional tasks on top of their already stretched work hours, often requiring to work on weekends to meet deadlines. Deterioration of employee care: The company's reputation as a people caring organization has drastically declined over time. They don't even communicate the policy changes on time. Townhalls are less frequent & they dont have q&a session which is leading to loss of trust in leadership. HR department fails to address & communicate our concerns to higher management effectively. Even appraisal process they dont do it properly. Too much delay to announce the result & hike Chaotic return to work policy: Return to work policy is highly disorganized & confusing. No one knows proper timeline. They have office space of only 40-50 people now & asked almost everyone to relocate to bengaluru. Have limited meeting rooms & most of them are occupied by single person from higher management.
