This has easily been the worst working experience of my life. The general behaviour of the management and their HR,work related policies are such that it makes you feel that they have bought you instead of hiring you. Various checks , via cameras and internet softwares, are kept on employees so that they do not waste time on unproductive practises like talking to colleagues or seniors face-to-face. Everything has to be communicated via software, so that the management can keep tabs on you...even if you are seating next to that person. Every small mistake is highlighted openly and negative review is for everyone to see. Discriminatory HR policies like: 1. Keeping you on probation even after a year results in you losing leave salary through out. 2.No leaves on important indian festivals like Dussehra and Diwali. Even if you take permission your salary gets deducted. 3. You cannot leave till 5:30 pm for half-day or your salary gets deducted 4. Lunch is after 3pm. keeps you demotivated. The managers are openly encouraged to highlight mistakes and leave rude messages on their working software. Due to such policies , new recruits regularly leave the company in under a week.
