Nothing to like here but yes if you are girl then you could surely join and also you have chances to grow. Career growth is bad here and you will also ruin your knowledge as dont give respect to the knowledge. Salary hike is Ok. Politics as compared to the 14 member team is very much. If I will talk about learning you will surely loose your knowledge. Working environment is very poor.
