I started with Aecom back in Oct’16 as TA Admin and being in that role i was responsible for talent acquisition administrative work like rolling offer letters, setting up interviews etc. Then i got the opportunity to explore the shared services side and from last 5 years i have immensely grow in this domain from Assistant HR Officerto HR Officer. I have handled various processes and still in the phase of learning more. During the covid time, company never made me feel that my job is at risk and there was no reduction in pay too when we were listening such news from other company. We have different age group of people in our organisation with whom we communicate well. The policies are very dynamic and managers are also very good and understanding. I felt very happy after working for 4 years and 10 months in aecom and learned a lot from this project and this company also gave me very good facilities, in this I got salary on time and also gave me medical insurance and anything else. Got to learn
I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.
