AECOM will appoint you as a permanent employee. But if anything happen to the project, they will simply conduct one teams meeting and will inform that you are fired from the job. And will give us hope we will try to accomodate in some other projects. But they will make you complete all your pending works and in the last day will ask you to leave.
Dislikes
Never expect job security here. They are telling themselves as the most ethical company in the world. But inside the company i didnt see any ethics.

I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.
