I felt very happy after working for 4 years and 10 months in aecom and learned a lot from this project and this company also gave me very good facilities, in this I got salary on time and also gave me medical insurance and anything else. Got to learn

I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.

Colleagues are not technically super proficient. Promotions and responsibilities are based on years of experience alone, not on skill, knowledge or capabilities. This makes the organisation more bureaucratic like government rather than a private firm.

Job security and retrenchment policy of Company is horrible. There is no difference in policies in between regular and contractual employees. I'll not recommend as a good place for permanent/regular employment with this organisation, based on 6 years working experience.
