Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I was expected to understand 8000 lines of legacy code in 4 days with minimal guidance. Work Culture: Reverse KT felt more like an interrogation than a learning process. There was clear favoritism, and freshers acted unprofessionally, often prioritizing their peers or showing partiality. Work-Life Balance: The company lacks proper work-life balance, expecting a 2.5-year-experienced individual to perform at a 6-year level without appropriate support.
