infrastructure and equipment are good in Advantmed

Dislikes

Management is not taking any steps for improving skills of team members and always tries to stop them going beyond to help business requirements. Also biggest word in Advantmed is RISK, but no one knows how and what will be the risk, however employee gets stuck in trap which is hindering for the same of Security.

My work with Advantmed is very satisfactory about my job role, some people in the company does not understand proper process about business needs and claiming that they are risk saver.

Never seen such pathetic manager, Micromanagement, no work ethics, very selfish when it comes appreciation.
