Because if it happen then good employee should not resign forcefully... Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing. There is a strong culture of favoritism, where opportunities and recognition seem to be based more on personal connections than actual performance. Hardworking employees often go unnoticed, while certain individuals are given preferential treatment regardless of their contributions. Additionally, there is an unhealthy emphasis on English proficiency as a measure of intelligence and capability. Instead of valuing skills, expertise, and hard work, the company seems to judge employees based on their fluency in English, which creates an unfair and discouraging work environment. Workplace politics further worsen the situation, making it difficult for employees to grow based on merit. If leadership focused more on transparency, fair evaluations, and equal opportunities, the work environment could be much better. This company is one of the worst places to work. The environment is beyond toxic—favoritism, office politics, and constant micromanagement make it impossible to work peacefully. The leadership is arrogant, unapproachable, and has zero respect for employees. Instead of fostering growth, they create a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and treated like disposable resources. No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. Senior management are not sure about what path they want to go. Hire and fire policy is common. Last year they realized automation QA are not required, entire team was fired. This year they realised project manager were not required, instead scrum master will do. They fired entire PMs.
