Manager's favoritism Not coming at center point at every stage. Only high level engineer having opportunity to learn new technology. Lower level only pays for labor work. Manager applying pressure on lower level profile.

This company is one of the worst places to work. The environment is beyond toxic—favoritism, office politics, and constant micromanagement make it impossible to work peacefully. The leadership is arrogant, unapproachable, and has zero respect for employees. Instead of fostering growth, they create a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and treated like disposable resources. No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. Management refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead blames employees. HR is completely useless and only exists to protect the company, not the employees. Advantmed work culture is good actually and apart from that they given work from home after covid so that is good yo manage both work and home as well

There are so much politics regarding the appraisal and promotion In most of the projects micromanagement is also there Job security is not there

Senior management are not sure about what path they want to go. Hire and fire policy is common. Last year they realized automation QA are not required, entire team was fired. This year they realised project manager were not required, instead scrum master will do. They fired entire PMs.

Great work life balance Can avail work from home supportive higher management. Company culture is good, teams are supportive.

Dislikes

They can remove you tomorrow or today. Management is poor based on how they see employees. Team lead are poor based on the experience they have. No actions taken by HR when quarterly meeting 1 on 1 is done. Confidentiality is very poor.
