New Management: Management is new and inexperienced, makes it easier for employees with 2-4 years of relevant subject knowledge may find it easier to navigate and influence decision. Ideal for long term environment: Great place for retirement,Individual looking for stability and low pressure environment. Work life balance: High flexibility, in some departments you will get flexibility to come to office occasionally, no attendance punching tantrums, sometimes you get so bored in the home that you will decide to go to the office, Ideal place for admin and HR, support function team, only issue is you need to come to office for preparation of some festivals, employee engagement activities.
