Literally nothing. Don't join even if you're unemployed. The low payment isn't worth the toxicity this workplace behols. Would rate it in negative if I could.

Dislikes

1. Can't talk to your colleagues at all, not even about the project 2. They count the number of times you use the washroom 3. They monitor your every little movement on CCTV and ask questions and give warnings if they caught you talking to the colleage sitting right next to you 4. Payment not on time and wouldn't pay for the last month you worked there. 5. The hr initiates half of the office politics 6. You can't even talk to your colleagues after office or hangout with them during weekends. 7.
