Politics nothing to like about because the seniors will play bad politics here, the company is very good it's about the toxic people, they will ruin your peace.

Dislikes

It's not always about an organisation it's about the people who work there and even after your dedication they turn a blind eye. People are toxic but the company is good. MD is also good, GM is Ok but flips according to his mood.

Please do not join this organisation. Save your life, save your career. There is no process for anything. You won't get your salary slip, you won't get your relieving letter, you won't get your reimbursements nothing. There's no HR, No organised process, total crap. The management will humiliate you in front of the entire team despite you doing good in your work domain. If you don't believe me, then experience yourself. Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
