Please do not join this organisation. Save your life, save your career. There is no process for anything. You won't get your salary slip, you won't get your relieving letter, you won't get your reimbursements nothing. There's no HR, No organised process, total crap. The management will humiliate you in front of the entire team despite you doing good in your work domain. If you don't believe me, then experience yourself. This is one of the world's worst company to work with. Spare yourself the horror. Stay blessed....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
