1. Team culture, it's more of service culture and lots of micromanagement. 2. Work pressure. Manager is not satisfied with your excellent project work. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do falsepromises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth. Whatever they want you to do you need to do that. You can't choose your point of interest and do excel there. 5. Promotion scope is very less and even if you will get promotion hike will be very less. 6. Though we work with only clients, managers force you to be in the office 3 days a week, they bind this as a metric when performance review happens. 3. Really hard to switch to a Development role from Consulting, the internal movement never happens, and Consultants get looked down on by Developers. 4. Employee Referral never works, even for Internal movement. If you're applying you're better off applying by yourself. Employee Referral works only when the person referring is part of the team. 5. Constantly bugged by Manager about certification though you handle your daily work effectively. 6. Managers might threaten you to be added to PIP, just because of certifications and not being in office. 7. If it's consulting, better avoid it. Developers look elsewhere....Read More

Adobe has a very good culture people are the main asset of the company.. They hire excellent talents who have outstanding behavior. Most importantly the food is amazing. If I were going back to Adobe my first reason would be Food

Dislikes

Few managers have no reasons for cutting down the manpower. If there is any issue, you never have a voice to complain on the higher level.
