Off late business pressure are extremely high with lots of online meetings, field activity gets reduced impacting business and meetings early morning to till late night on some days be cumbersome

- Work life balance is pathetic in BSG team. - Manager will invade your privacy and expect you to work 24*7. -No family and weekends fro you..just work . --No appreciation for your work. --Only Boot lickers will be liked and the who sits late night ( irrespective whether u r productive or not u will be liked). - Zero learning and carrier growth.

It was nice to work with aditya birla, product of this company is far good as compared to competitor company. So it was easy to cater client and achieve sales targets.

Dislikes

There is nothing like not like thing in aditya birla, but ya girls get more priority then boys is the only constant, which is similar in this industry. So no need to mention.
