1.So my teammates are always supportive to me. 2.In lockdown the best part is training which we get every early morning. 3. My job is secure but sometimes I feel insecure because my business is not up to the mark so every time my manager tell me to put paper or else he will mark a mail to HR, and it’s very embarrassing for me. 4. Yeah I have to say my Career has been grownup in Aditya Birla Sunlife insurance, and for that I have to thank You. 5. This is another good thing is we get salary on time and fully. Thank You once again. 6. So this is something worst., so regular I travel 3 hrs for office and 3 hrs to go home. 7. So politics is in every company so here also same, but my name is in bad books not in good books, that is sad part. I never mind. 8. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
