The company values learning and development of an employee. There are lot of e-learning courses that are available. They have a flexible work timing and work from home.

Favouritism and partiality. Only senior management's favourite employees will be promoted disregard of their capabilities and job performance. The employee is mentally abused and emotionally tortured and pushed to an end that either they resign or continue to put up with narcissistic attitude of reporting managernd-color: #fff5e4;">. Work life is pathetic. No growth opportunities. Stagnating at a similar position and doing the same work for last 5 years. The HR is not bothered and doesn't look into employee complaints

The work culture is extremely unfavourable. Managers/company do not value an individual talent. Only managers "pet" are highlighted and given good compensation. Too much of office politics from top to bottom. Suffocating environment. Team mates are worst and only wait for an opportunity to pull you down for show you in bad light.
