I able to trained my self in General insurance industry. Training & knowledge always beneficial for my career growth. After banking and life insurance new industry for me. I learn lot with my team and Management.

Dislikes

I was hired before online system integration . Whatever communication given by reporting head I was communicating to our Pos but failure of commitment, delay commission payments for offline cases, duplicate codes suddenly blocked, business went down. Other competitors are paying timely commission to Brokers.
