- No hard and fast rule of going late or on time from office, if your work is done can leave - It's a slow company so work happens like government organisation slowly so no work pressure.

Dislikes

It follows old school rules of hierarchy where all men bosses have been stuck at one position irrespective of their incapability to manage the work profile. We had to switch between 2 work locations everyday, based on our boss's mood. HR seems to aware of the all politics but are in no mood to help you out with anything. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to retire in few years and don't want to work much join this company then at senior you have to anyway just chill and gossip....Read More
