1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week. Although during hiring time, they say 5 days working a week. Reality is totally opposite. One needs to work 13-14 hours a day. 2. Low compensationas per work load. 3.Toxic work culture. Worst work culture i came across my entire professional journey. Especially Dr pritam from reimbursement claims team is extremely manner less, unethical, unprofessional lady. Attrition rate of company is 85%.
