I told my problem which was happening in the store to the superior behaviour and HR zonal team behaviour and the managers but instead of listening to it, they listened to the manager, that too one-sidedly and I was removed from the company even though I was in dire need of a job. I also wrote an email to the zonal team and complained about it but there was no reply from them either. And then after being removed from the job, after a few days I get a message that your case is being closed...Read More

Pantaloons division is more like a start up. But there is immense learning, at the same time little high pressure too.

It's kind of evolving now. The work life balance is not there. Recognitions are way less. Pressure is a bit more compared to competitors.
